We will use Friday, January 18, 2019 to make-up the day missed on Monday, December 10, due to winter weather. We will use Friday, December 21, 2018 to make-up the day missed on October 11, due to Hurricane Michael.

The Fort Mill School District is one of 373 school districts in the U.S. and Canada being honored by the College Board with placement on the 9th Annual AP® District Honor Roll.This marks the third consecutive year and the fifth year since the honor roll’s inception the Fort Mill School District has received this designation.

The South Carolina Department of Education has released the new school and district report cards. These are the first Report Cards to contain ratings in four years and the first cards under South Carolina’s joint school accountability system, which combined the state and federal accountability systems for public schools.

Debra Miller, assistant principal of Nation Ford High School has been named the 2019 South Carolina Secondary Assistant Principal of the Year by the South Carolina Association of School Administrators (SCASA).

High School Attendance Areas Approved

The Fort Mill School District Class of 2019 exceeded the state and national averages on ACT exams administered in the spring of 2018.

On Nov. 6, voters will have the opportunity to vote for four seats on the Fort Mill School Board. There are nine candidates running to fill the four seats, all of which are at-large.
