To report an absence please email your Medical Excuse or Parent Note information to Madeleine Madsen (PowerSchool/Attendance Clerk) at madsenm@fortmillschools.org

Per the FMSD attendance policy https://www.fortmillschools.org/Page/193 students in Middle School are able to use FIVE Parent notes for illness or injury per school year.

Travel is not an excused absence.
