How to Access Your 1095-C

The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (PBRA) reduces unnecessary paperwork related to health insurance coverage and reporting for employers and employees. Accordingly, employers are no longer required to provide written notices.  Fort Mill School District active employees have access and can print their 1095-C form from their employee portal and separated employees have access and can print their 1095-C form from the “Resident Access” site.   Any issues accessing the 1095-C form please email Angelia Baker, Benefits Administrator, at bakera@fortmillschools.org or call (803) 548-8201.  Any requests will be completed and mailed to the employee’s address on file with the District Office within 30 days from the date of request.

Remember, the 1095-C form is not required to file annual taxes but the form should be kept with important tax information.
