Updating Your Student's Information
Need to update your student’s information?
If your address, phone number, or emergency contacts have changed since the start of the school year, please take a moment to update them in FinalForms.
Keeping your student’s information current helps us stay connected and ensures a smooth school experience.
Transportation Change?
If you need to update your student’s transportation arrangements, please log in to your FinalForms account and complete the Transportation Form.
Where to find the transportation form? Parents will log into their Final Forms account using the link below, click on the “update forms” link for each student. Choose “transportation information” in the selection area on the left of the page. Fill in the AM and PM transportation information and then scroll down to click on the submit forms button. Please complete this process for each student in your household.
If you have trouble accessing your Final Forms account, please use the forgot email or forgot password feature.
