Recruiting New Educators

Support for teachers new to the profession is provided through a comprehensive Induction Program. This intensive program includes trained school-level mentors, seminars, observations, and individualized support to ensure a smooth transition into the teaching profession. Our strategies for recruiting new educators include:

●       Career Fairs: We participate in career fairs to connect with prospective educators and showcase the opportunities available within our district.

●       Networking Events: We engage in various networking events to build relationships with potential candidates and highlight the benefits of working in our schools.

●       Partnerships with Universities: We collaborate with universities to identify and recruit talented individuals who are completing their education degrees.

●       Growing Our Own Talent: We focus on growing our own talent through our Career and Technology Education (CATE) programs in teaching and child development. By providing students with early exposure and practical experience, we create a pipeline of future educators.
