2023-24 Budget Proviso 1.94 (Surplus Property) Pursuant to 2023-24 Budget Proviso 1.94 (Surplus Property)

 Fort Mill School District #4 is hereby providing notice regarding its real property which has been vacant, unused, or unused for direct student instruction for the previous four school years and is not currently included in any district capital improvement plan for future use. In accordance with the proviso, the district would be required to transfer, or offer for sale or lease, such property to another governmental subdivision or state agency. Fort Mill School District #4 does not have any properties meeting the description of surplus property under the proviso.
