Teacher Supply Funds

The 2025-2026 teacher supply funds will be distributed to qualified teachers in the form of a direct deposit.  First round of funds will be deposited on the first workday of the new school year.  Deposits will be issued once a week for qualified new hires until all employees all are complete.  Please keep in mind not all certified positions are qualified for these funds.

1. Please obtain the Teacher Supply Expenditure Report from your school bookkeeper. Submit completed report to your school bookkeeper no later than December 31st 2025.

2. Keep a copy of the completed form along with the detailed expenditure receipts. Detailed receipts and forms should be retained for a period of three years in the event of an audit.  Please do not turn in receipts to your school bookkeeper.

3. All funds must be spent by December 31st 2025. No exceptions.

4. All receipts should be dated January 1, 2025- December 31, 2025.
