Teacher Supply Funds

The 2023-2024 teacher supply funds will be distributed to teachers in the form of a direct deposit. If you have not received a deposit by August 15th, please contact your school bookkeeper. 

Instructions:

1. Please obtain the Teacher Supply Expenditure Report from your school bookkeeper. Submit completed report to your school bookkeeper no later than Dec. 20, 2023. 
2. You should keep a copy of the completed for along with the detailed expenditure receipts. You do not need to send receipts to the district office or your bookkeeper. 
3. All funds must be spend by December 20, 2023. Detailed receipts should be retained for a period of 3 years. 
4. All receipts should be dated Jan. 1, 2023 - Dec. 20, 2023.
