The mission of the Purchasing Department of the Fort Mill School District is to provide for the fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the District, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity. We will perform our department procedures in accordance with the ethical practices of the procurement profession. Activities and operations of the Procurement Department are regulated by and must comply with the Fort Mill School District Four Procurement Code, policies of the Board of Trustees, and all applicable state and federal laws.
Fort Mill Schools utilizes an online Vendor Registration system to help us better serve you.
Vendor Registry powers our registration system. The system allows you to quickly register and update details such as what products and services you provide and your contact information. By registering, you will enable Vendor Registry and notify you of important solicitation opportunities in the future. There is no cost for you to register with Fort Mill Schools.
