Returning Student Registration
We are excited to continue our partnership with Final Forms, our online forms and data management service. Because Final Forms saves your information from year to year, you only need to review and update your student’s information rather than re-entering it each time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current.
Online returning student registration through Final Forms for the 2026-2027 academic year will open Monday, March 23, for currently enrolled Pre-K through 11th grade students.
Step 1 - Access the Online Final Forms Portal
To access your final forms account: Click Here to Access Final Forms
Use the same email address and password you used to register your child last school year.
If needed, select Forgot Password? to reset.
Click the button to switch to the 2026-27 registration

Step 2 – Complete the Online Process
Complete and sign each form. All of your active students enrolled in Fort Mill School District should be displayed on your My Students page. Click blue Incomplete Forms button next to each of your students. If you are missing one of your students, please contact the PowerSchool administrator at your school to link your missing student.
Important Note: Your students' current medical information is on file. Please only add relevant medical changes from the past year, if it is not already on file in Final Forms.
Step 3 – Pay Instructional Fee and other School Related Fees Via the Pay Fees System
Your child’s registration is NOT complete until fees have been paid via the Pay Fees System.
Please note: Instructional Fees for your student(s) will be automatically added to your Pay Fees cart around 5/1/26 for the 26-27 school year.
