Returning Student Registration
We are very excited to announce that the Fort Mill School District has partnered with Final Forms, an online forms and data management service. Final Forms allows you to complete and sign academic forms for your students. After the initial launch is that Final Forms saves data from year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice.
You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. Your students' current medical information is on file. This registration process will allow parents to update medical information in real time, helping to maintain accurate and current records.
You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.
Online student registration through Final Forms for the 2025-2026 academic year will open Wednesday, April 30, for currently enrolled Pre-K through 11th grade students.
If you recently enrolled your child in March at the kindergarten screening for the 2025/26 school year, registration is not necessary since your child is already registered for the next school year.
Step 1 - Access the Online Final Forms Portal
To access your final forms account: Final Forms will send an account confirmation email April 30th to the guardian contacts at the primary email address on file in PowerSchool for that guardian. Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Click the account confirmation button on that email and follow steps to set up your parent account.
Step 2 – Complete the Online Process Via Final Forms

Once signed into Final Forms, complete and sign each form. All of your active students enrolled in Fort Mill School District should be displayed on your My Students page. Click the blue Incomplete Forms button next to each of your students. If you are missing one of your students, please contact the PowerSchool administrator at your school to link your missing student.
Step 3 – Pay Instructional Fee and other School Related Fees Via the Pay Fees System
Your child’s registration is NOT complete until fees have been paid via the Pay Fees System.
