Certified Staff Technology Proficiency

For almost ten years, the technology integration department has adapted to meet the needs of teachers, staff, and students. Our department has received feedback that teachers are looking for job-embedded professional development that is truly individualized. As technology continues to evolve, it is essential that we adapt and align our strategies to best serve our students and staff.

In light of this, we are pleased to announce that Certified Staff Technology Proficiency is undergoing a significant transformation. We will be transitioning from the three hours per year technology-based professional development model to a coaching model, which we believe will better support your professional growth and development in the rapidly changing landscape of educational technology.

The coaching model will focus on personalized guidance and support tailored to your specific needs and goals and will coincide with the renewal of your Professional teaching certificate. You will receive additional information in your renewal packet outlining the coaching model.
