Bus Transportation Routes and Registration
If your student plans to use bus transportation this school year, you will need to complete the Transportation form in FinalForms. If your student used bus transportation for the 2025–2026 school year and there has been no change to your bus transportation needs, then you do not need to complete this form for the 2026–2027 School Year. The district uses this information to generate bus routes and stops for the school year. Please fill this form out as soon as possible if your students plans to use bus transportation.
Where to find the registration form?
Parents will log into their Final Forms account using the link below, click on the “update forms” link for each student. Choose “transportation information” in the selection area on the left of the page. Fill in the AM and PM transportation information and then scroll down to click on the submit forms button. Please complete this process for each student in your household.
Once the routes are complete, families can view their students bus assignment beginning Monday, July 27.

Step 1: Login to Final Forms.
If you have trouble accessing your Final Forms account, please use the forgot email or forgot password feature.
Step 2: Click on update forms for your student.
Step 3: Click on Transportation Information in the menu on the left of the screen.
Step 4: Fill in your AM and PM transportation information.
Step 5: Scroll down and click submit form.
Will the students bus information be available in PowerSchool?
Yes! Once the routes are complete, families will have a few options to obtain their students bus assignment. They can log into Parent Portal account to view in the transportation link or our general routes and stops will be posted on the District Website.
