  • The Fort Mill School District will provide breakfast and lunch free of charge during the month of July to all students who are in need.

  • Sugar Creek Elementary will host the food pick up every Tuesday from 11:45-12:45 in the car rider line. If a different food pick up time is needed or if would like to pick up at RVES, please schedule an appointment for meal pick up by calling (803)548-3541. 

  • If students are not present, families need to provide during their first visit only an acceptable form of student identification
    Accepted forms of identification include, but are not limited to:
    • school class schedule
    • school report card
    • child’s passport
    • birth certificate
    • government-issued child identification card
    • any document proving parent/guardian identity and relationship to the child, such as an adoption decree; doctor, clinic, or hospital record; religious record; or daycare center record

    Meals will be available on the following dates and will include 7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals:

    Please open your trunk in the designated area.
    Please do not get out of your car unless you need to open your trunk. All meals will be placed in your trunk by our staff and our staff will close your trunk. For your health and the health and safety of our staff, please do not approach our staff. Stay in your car.

    Thank you to the FMSD community for their continuous offers to assist with the backpack and meal program. We are thankful for all of those who have reached out with offers to help. At this time, we are not accepting food donations. In the future, we may have a need for volunteers. Frequently Asked Questions
1. Does the student have to be present? Yes, unless you have proper identification for each students. Birth certificate, School ID, Class schedule, or report card.

2. Does the student need to be on Free and Reduced meals to receive free meals? No. If you currently are not on Free or Reduced meals and you would like to apply, please click the link to apply at lunchapplication.com. We will also have paper applications available at Sugar Creek Elementary when you pick up your meals.

3. Where is Sugar Creek Elementary School located? 
Directions to Sugar Creek Elementary through Regent Park:
Drive onto the main road in Regent Park. (Regent Parkway)
Soon you will approach the railroad tracks. Drive over the tracks and continue driving straight. (Do not turn immediately after the railroad tracks.)
Make the next right onto Zenith Avenue. (You will see a blue sign directing you to Sugar Creek Elementary.)
Turn left onto Starlight Drive. -Continue straight on Starlight Drive, Starlight becomes Farm House Drive, and you will see the entrance to Sugar Creek Elementary.

Directions to Sugar Creek Elementary coming from Springfield Parkway via I-77
Turn left onto A.O. Jones Road. -Continue straight on A.O. Jones for approximately 2 miles.
At the stop sign, turn left onto Starlight Drive.
At the next stop sign make a left onto Farm House Drive and you will see the entrance to Sugar Creek Elementary.
