In partnership with Health Force, LLC., the Fort Mill School District will host a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for FMSD students, staff, and families, ages 5 years and up. Appointments are encouraged, and walk in appointments are also welcome. If you or your student are interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine and meet the requirements for eligibility, please see details below.

Please do not contact Fort Mill schools or district office regarding vaccine eligibility requirements. You must contact your healthcare provider if you have questions about whether you or your child should receive the vaccine or a booster.

Clinic Date: Saturday, January 15th                                                           

Clinic Hours: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Clinic Location: Fort Mill School District Office Training Center, 2233 Deerfield Drive (Enter in Building C at the left side of the District Office – Do not enter in the main entrance)

Please carefully review this additional information:

  • -Moderna and Pfizer vaccine will be offered - 2 doses required (Moderna available for ages 18 and up; Pfizer available for ages 5 and up)
  • Johnson & Johnson will also be offered – 1 dose required (Ages 18 and up)
  • -First doses, second doses, and booster shots are available at this clinic – Be sure to bring your vaccine card for verification of your previous dose(s).
  • -Consent is required for all individuals who want the vaccine. Parental consent is required for all children through 15 years of age. (16 and over do not require parental consent) The consent form will be available when you arrive for your appointment.
  • -Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  
  • -Second doses will be administered for both Moderna and Pfizer vaccines on Saturday, February 5th.
  • -Booster shots and third doses are available for those who qualify and have received the last vaccination 5 months ago for Pfizer and Moderna, and 2 months ago for J&J.
  • -Please consult your healthcare provider, or visit the DHEC or CDC websites, to determine if you qualify for a third dose or booster.
