As we prepare for a safe and successful start to the new school year, we need to share important changes regarding school traffic flow and transportation.
Update August 22, 2025
The district has finalized a contract with the Fort Mill and Tega Cay police departments to pay officers to direct traffic during drop-off and pick-up times for the remainder of the calendar year at the schools listed below:
- Catawba Ridge High School
- Fort Mill Elementary/Middle School
- Riverview Elementary School
- River Trail Elementary School
- Tega Cay Elementary School
This partnership allows more time for the district to continue to work with all parties to implement permanent solutions to address this issue.
