Classroom Celebration Basket Order Form

Let us help make celebrating your child’s birthday or any special occasion at school easier. Order a Classroom Celebration Basket from the Cafeteria and we’ll take care of everything. Celebration treats will be delivered to your child’s classroom on the date you specify. Only prepaid orders will be filled. Please send payment to the Café Manager at your child's school or put money in your student's lunch account. In order to fulfill your basket order,  please order at least 2 weeks in advance.If there is an issue with your order,  the Café manager will contact you.
