Fort Mill School's Office of Human Resources and Educator Effectiveness is hosting two events this month to support our district's recruitment efforts. If you want to pursue a teaching certification, please consider attending one of the following events.

If you wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in a teaching certification area:

On March 17^th, we will host an Educator Preparation Fair. Winthrop University, Grand Canyon University, and Columbia International University representatives will share information about their teacher preparation programs. This fair will be open from 1 pm to 4 pm in the FMSD Board Room, so feel free to drop in and learn more about these programs.  

If you have a bachelor's degree in an area and wish to pursue an alternative certification pathway:

On March 20^th, we will host an Alternative Certification Information Session where you can learn more about alternative certification routes like PACE, Teacher for Tomorrow, and Carolina CAP. In addition, representatives from the South Carolina Department of Education and Carolina CAP will be available to answer questions. If you wish to attend this meeting, please complete this registration form by Friday, March 17th. Please join us in the FMSD Training Center from 4:00 to 5:30 pm.
